Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and f4999 ("f4999", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your use of the f4999 website located at f4999.org, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other features or content made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the f4999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladesh mobile number, and payment method details.
• You must not already hold another active f4999 account. Only one account per player is permitted. Players found to hold multiple accounts will have all associated accounts closed and all balances forfeited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of f4999 or any of its affiliated game studios or payment partners.

f4999 may conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on f4999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). f4999 supports the following Bangladesh payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are subject to the following conditions.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. f4999 does not impose a maximum single deposit limit, however payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the f4999 account holder.
• f4999 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their standard transaction fees independently of f4999.
• f4999 may require identity verification (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance measure and is not optional.
• f4999 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. Any funds associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited without prior notice.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

f4999 is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the f4999 platform. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.

• Fraud — any attempt to deceive f4999 or other players, including use of counterfeit payment instruments, stolen payment credentials, or false identity documents.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market, including chip dumping in poker-style games.

• Multi-accounting — registering, using, or benefiting from more than one f4999 account. This includes creating a new account after a previous account has been suspended or closed.
• Money laundering — using the f4999 platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. f4999 applies strict AML monitoring to all accounts and cooperates fully with competent authorities.

f4999 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity in real time. Any account flagged by these systems will be suspended pending investigation. f4999's determination of prohibited conduct is final and binding.

Intellectual Property

All content on the f4999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, text, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of f4999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of f4999.
